Kerene R. Phillips-Ross, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 10 years of experience in psychiatric nursing across inpatient, outpatient, emergency, crisis stabilization, and behavioral health settings.
Throughout her nursing career, she has cared for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults with a wide range of psychiatric conditions. Her background includes experience in state psychiatric hospitals, pediatric emergency behavioral health, inpatient psychiatry, and community mental health. These diverse clinical experiences have strengthened her commitment to delivering compassionate, evidence-based, and patient-centered care.
